Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Beta Preview Status & Future Pricing

Choosioo is currently in an Initial Beta Preview phase. During this beta phase, access to all core platform features is offered free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update the Services at any time. Notice is hereby given that Choosioo will introduce a paid Premium Creator subscription model in the future to gate advanced tools (such as AI editors, analytics, and custom affiliate tagging).

2. Description of Service

Choosioo is an AI-powered product review publishing platform.

• Users can read reviews, publish product reviews, rate products, and submit conversational queries to the Choosioo AI Assistant.
• The Choosioo AI Assistant retrieves and synthesizes community-written reviews and public web search data to deliver product recommendations.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

By publishing reviews, images, comments, or ratings on Choosioo:

• Ownership: You retain ownership of your original reviews.
• License: You grant Choosioo a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, modify, distribute, translate, index, process, and display your content, specifically to power our AI search systems and generate shopping answers for other users.
• Accuracy & Honesty: You represent that all reviews represent your genuine, unbiased experience. You agree not to post fake reviews, compensated reviews that are not disclosed, or reviews designed to falsely manipulate a product's search visibility.

4. Affiliate Links & Monetization Policy

To support and operate the free platform, Choosioo employs automated affiliate link routing:

• Free Tier Users: Choosioo reserves the right to automatically modify product links in reviews written by Free tier accounts, appending the platform's affiliate tracking codes. By using the Free tier, you agree to this link conversion.
• Premium Creator Tier: Paying subscribers of the Creator Pro plan may replace the platform's affiliate codes with their own personal affiliate tracking IDs.
• AI Fallback Links: When the AI Assistant retrieves fallback products from public search APIs, we reserve the right to insert platform-owned affiliate links.

5. AI-Generated Recommendations Disclaimer

• The Choosioo AI Assistant compiles answers using community reviews and automated web searches.
• No Warranty: We do not warrant the accuracy, safety, durability, or quality of any product recommended by the AI Assistant. AI summaries may contain errors (hallucinations). You are solely responsible for conducting your own research before making purchases.
• Third-Party Sites: Affiliate links redirect you to third-party merchant platforms (e.g., Amazon). We are not responsible for transactions, shipping, or returns handled on external merchant sites.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots or automated scripts to scrape reviews or spam query the AI Assistant.
• Manipulate the AI search scoring system by generating fake account activity or automated engagement.
• Post defamatory, obscene, or infringing material.

7. Account Deletion and Termination

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support. Upon account deletion, we will delete your user profile information and remove your reviews from the live community feeds. However, please note that cached search parameters in the AI index caches may take up to thirty (30) days to be fully purged.
